这一类的梦境主要是重现，比如自己屋子里面的陈设或者室外的，哪里是门，然后哪里是窗户，已经拆迁的旧房子什么的也能想起来以前里面啥样。然后自己可以观想出实体来修改，比如梦里观想出什么来，房间里加上一把椅子。
内魂的内形界就是灵魂中的世界，它的特点就是光怪离奇，比如梦见自己在好几个没有去过的地方，感觉好像是外星或者异域的区域，然后每个区域的基位时间流易率不同，就是在一个地方经历一小时，相当于另一个区域的几分钟这样。

星光身体可以理解成是在体外转起的细微身，有时候在体内转起，但是不一定划分的很清楚。以太身体就是自己气脉中的明点，绿色的次物质亚核三角锥，和物质或者次物质的二重三角锥不是一回事。
然后意识以明点为依处观察就是所谓的以太身体，因为明点外面包裹一层以太粒子，以太粒子就是脉道中的气，所以明点视觉（以太身体）一直是模糊不清的。
濒死体验的时候一部分以太流失到体外去了，所以明点也在外面看，然后濒死的时候就是造成这种出体体验了。因为人死的时候气脉溶解，然后脉道中的气（以太）流向体外，所以人死的时候体重减轻11g的质量。在宇宙空间以太就是暗物质，在人体是气脉中的气，宇宙就是一个巨大的人体。
以前解释过出体和脉轮结构，出体是松果体和眉心轮之间的通道打通了以后，灵魂支配一部分流动的能量推动脉轮核心的现源束和脉轮外面的旋转现源片做功，然后现源导射出去的外魂透过已经打通的脉道转出到体外去，这个过程要源源不断的能量供应。
普通人出体之后，不论是清醒梦，还是出体那种梦，或者清醒的时候出体，在体外转起的幻身（意结细微身），就是梦里自己的身体或者是出体时候自己的身体，就是一缕烟状物。所以梦里被杀了也不知道疼，出体的时候被害了也就是被迫结束通灵过程。除非是那种在体外转起的细微身六根俱全，有手有脚的，这种在梦里流血自己会疼。
出体的时候脑力的使用很重要，在灵界遇到一个鬼魂也许自己只能和它打成平手，但是观想的时候遇到，施加脑力进行抨击，可以使它被打碎成白色的烟雾。

梦或者出体，是观察者透过升起的幻身观察世界，那个幻身就是自己梦中或者通灵时候的身体。这个时候的意识链路为:内源意识-型口潜意识/流口潜意识。清晰的梦境或者通灵那种是星光体/细微身-型口潜意识。半睡半醒或者懵懂的梦境是内源意识-明点/流口潜意识。
清醒时候人的意识链路是前五识-显意识-扭结点-转映组元-内源意识。前五识的依处是眼耳鼻舌身五种物质感官，显意识的依处是大脑，然后大脑神经元的活动转移作用力给气脉中的以太粒子。接下来以太粒子推动明点发生视运动，明点在透过结尾线传递作用给现源，现源推动转映组元放映人脑中的影像，然后内源意识接收到来自大脑的信息内容。
阿卡西记录是不坏明点中的物像帧，也叫做阿赖耶识，内形界中的动态物像是如来藏。
内源意识就是在不坏明点中的内源人，内源人就是自我，真正的自己。
