中阴身离开身体前的境界所见

人死的时候，脉道中所有的明点三角椎随着以太流，汇入装载心轮的那一段中脉，随后和命魂细微身一起汇集成次物质（细微物质）整合形，整合形承载中阴意识。

中阴意识观察到心堺（心轮的那一段中脉内）的视界限。红明点从生法宫上升到心堺的时候，中阴意识看见白色的月光夜晚，是白色澄明心。白明点从松果体下沉到心堺的时候，中阴意识看见夕阳的黄昏，是红色增长心。红白明点离开心堺，一片黑闇，是黑色近得心。整合形受持命业气吹拂，成为净幻身的离体之前，呈现死光明心。

净幻身是中阴身的外壳，完全离体以后取独影形壳的形态，前一世的记忆数据保存在净幻身的头部的次物质粒子内部。独影形壳（细微身）包裹内形身，内形身当中有内形界，对应外部形器世界的灵魂内形宇宙。头部天道，喉部阿修罗道，胸部人间，腹部鬼和动物，小腹是饿鬼，海底在地狱。不坏明点在灵魂的心脏部位，上半部分和下半部分的精细结构组成，阿赖耶识是内贮组元在上半部分。

第一明光是物质脑溶解的境界，第二明光是细微身重组所现，两次明光（白光）和解脱道没有关系，也不是捕获灵魂的陷阱。

The phantom body is the outer shell of the bardo body. After being completely separated from the body, it takes the form of a single shadow-shaped shell. The first bright light is the state where the material brain is dissolved, and the second bright light is manifested by the subtle body reorganization. The two bright lights (white light) have nothing to do with the path of liberation, nor are they traps to capture the soul.
