外魂（命魂）和内魂一样，也有自己的内形界。然后外魂的内形界当中有一个特殊的区域，叫做内真界，在外魂的心脏位置，里面的事件和自己当下的经历完全对应。比如现在的自己在做糕点，内真界中就也有一个自己在做糕点，两个完全同步的，内真界中的自己是内真人。
灵魂第五层就是形壳，分成意结形壳，就观想出来的形象。本命形壳，就命魂。内形身形壳，就内魂照见的样子。独影形壳，死后中阴身的样子，临近死殁的时候人生前脉道里面的明点和命魂一起汇入中脉，整合成一个大的细微身，这个过程和中阴身入胎时候的过程完全相反。
之后大的细微身离体成为净幻身，它是中阴身的外壳。第五种就是幻身形壳，比如梦里面的自己就是一种幻身，出体时候的自己用第三视角观察外景，也是一种幻身这样。。
中阴身入胎的时候，身形收摄入受精卵，这个时候祂的意识状态从内源根意识——内真幻观意识切换成内源根意识——形口潜意识/一部分不完整的内前置意识，以灵魂的外壳觉知物质世界的感知，没办法出胎，因为被母体以太困住了。
注:内真幻观意识是中阴身的状态，可以升显照见三界的一切，然后也可以忆念所有的宿世，因为中阴身的意识在自己灵魂的世界中，灵魂中的世界相当于一个微缩版的三界六道。
形口潜意识是灵魂的意觉，就是灵魂体看东西的状态，相当于第六意识，独影意识直接看见的，它拾取的范围特别大，但是懵懵懂懂的。内前置意识就是内六识，灵体的眼耳鼻舌身意，它在灵界感知事物好物质界的六根六识很像。
